What we collect. When you book, you give your name, contact details and medical history through Aesthetic Nurse Software, which stores clinical records securely on our behalf. When you send a message through this site, we receive your name, phone number and message.
Why. To assess your suitability for treatment, deliver and follow up your care, and reply to your enquiry. Clinical records are kept for the period required by our professional and insurance obligations.
Who else sees it. Our booking and clinical records provider, our payment providers (including Klarna and Clearpay where you choose them), and our website host. We do not sell your information.
Analytics. This site uses privacy-respecting analytics to understand how it is used. No advertising cookies.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, subject to our clinical record-keeping duties. Email hello@thehillclinic.com.
