1. Pharmaceutical-grade, dispensed by a prescriber
Obagi Medical is pharmaceutical-grade skincare, developed by dermatologist Dr Zein Obagi in 1988 and used in clinics since. Most of its systems are prescription-only, so they are dispensed through trained, accredited stockists rather than sold in shops. Jade is a stockist and specialist, and Obagi is the only skincare brand on her shelves.
It is at its best on pigmentation, melasma, sun damage and uneven tone, and it is used across skin types.

3. A plan built around your routine
Jade builds a home plan around your skin and your routine. Non-prescription products can be ordered straight from her Obagi shop. Prescription items are approved by Jade before they ship. Products are posted to you free, and the price is the same as in clinic.
4. Strip it back, then treat
Jade's acne plans strip things back: diet and gut health first, then a clinic treatment every four weeks and a home routine built around your skin. Parents booking for a teenager are welcome to come to the consultation.
