Full T&C's seen before purchase - PLEASE NOTE: FIRST BOTOX APPOINTMENT WILL BE 4 MONTHS AFTER MEMBERSHIP SET UP. SKIN BOOSTERS MONTHS 6 AND 12 1. Eligibility Available to clients aged 18 and over. A full medical consultation and consent form are required before any treatment. Treatments will only be carried out if medically appropriate. 2. Membership Fees A fixed monthly fee will be charged via direct debit or card subscription. The membership is valid for a 12-month period from the start date. Payments are non-refundable. 3. Treatment Scheduling Treatments must be pre-booked and are subject to clinician availability. Botox treatments can be scheduled once every 4 months. (After set up) Skin boosters can be booked once every 6 months. It is the member’s responsibility to schedule appointments within the membership year. 4. Missed Appointments & Cancellations A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
